The hotel had stunning views that we absolutely loved, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by cleanliness issues and disorganized service. The property has great potential, but the lack of attention to detail and friendly management really detracted from our stay. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience overall.

I had such a mixed experience at the resort. The location is absolutely stunning with great views, but the service and management left a lot to be desired. While the amenities were nice, the hotel really needs to address some serious operational issues. Overall, it felt like a beautiful property that's struggling to be the luxury retreat it promises.

7.4/10
This hotel offers a luxurious and romantic getaway, especially great for couples looking to acclimatize to the altitude while enjoying beautiful surroundings. The service was overall friendly, particularly from Mr. Mario, who went above and beyond for my engagement proposal needs. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, and the rooms could use some improvements, especially regarding temperature control. The location is stunning, adding to the charm of the stay.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms are spacious and have a nice view of the lake, but the lack of air conditioning made it quite warm during the night. While the mattress and bedding were decent, we encountered bugs in the evening when the lights were turned on.
Service
8.0
Service was mostly attentive and friendly, with specific commendation for Mr. Mario, who expertly managed all aspects of my proposal. However, some areas did seem in need of supervision and training.
Location

The hotel is set in a breathtaking location surrounded by hills in front of a beautiful lake, making it an ideal spot to unwind and appreciate nature.
Dining

While the dining options were present, the food was average at best and the service was slow, detracting from the overall experience.
Facilities

The facilities are impressive, especially the private pool and the spa, which I found enjoyable although areas in need of upkeep were noted.

Overall, the resort has beautiful grounds and stunning views that create a magical atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the dining experience, especially for dinner, was outstanding. Unfortunately, the rooms show signs of wear and could use some renovations, and there were issues with slow service in the restaurant and unexpected experiences in the room. For the price, I wanted a bit more consistency in quality and comfort.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms have a charming ambiance but are showing age, with some signs of wear like a broken lamp and minor cleanliness issues.

While the staff was friendly, the service was notably slow, particularly during dining, which detracted from the experience.

Facilities

The facilities are picturesque, but the temperature of the swimming pool could be warmer, especially during colder months.
