El Santuario Resort & Spa, Valle de Bravo

The hotel had stunning views that we absolutely loved, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by cleanliness issues and disorganized service. The property has great potential, but the lack of attention to detail and friendly management really detracted from our stay. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience overall.

While the amenities were nice, the hotel really needs to address some serious operational issues. Overall, it felt like a beautiful property that's struggling to be the luxury retreat it promises.

This hotel offers a luxurious and romantic getaway, especially great for couples looking to acclimatize to the altitude while enjoying beautiful surroundings. The service was overall friendly, particularly from Mr. Mario, who went above and beyond for my engagement proposal needs. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, and the rooms could use some improvements, especially regarding temperature control. The location is stunning, adding to the charm of the stay.
